None of the pieces or parts are labeled so it took a bit of time to figure out what went where. 2. The instructions were pretty terrible but once you put one piece together the rest of the pieces took way less time. 3. Oddly enough, the legs took the most amount of time to assemble. The nut doesn’t twist very far on the screw so it’s a lot of manual tightening. 4. Buyers beware, there are TWO different size washers for the screws and the instructions don’t mention it at all. There’s one size larger for the legs so make sure to separate those from the other washers. We didn’t realize this until we were starting to assemble the second chair and it was too much of a pain to disassemble the first chair to find the larger washers we used by mistake. Luckily we already had extra parts at home we could use. All-in-all, it took us about 5-6 hours to put together all the furniture. We mostly used the tools it came with so I’m sure it could take less time if you have an Allen-wrench, socket-wrench type of tool. Furniture looks great when assembled. I purchase the version with blue cushions and the color looks better than in the pictures. Few weeks later, the rain cover looks cute but is not waterproof, neither are cushion covers When wet one of the sides released brown dye and stained the cushion. It is minor, barely visible and easy to cover but .... It was removed after washing but I did not expect to wash every rain. I expected more and would ship it back if not for the hassle of disassembly, finding packaging (I did not keep original) and arranging for pickup. I had read reviews here, those who both loved it and hated it. This is as of Jan. 2022. It arrived 3-4 days earlier than stated. It took me 2 1/2 hours to assemble all the pieces (used a power screwdriver and ratchet socket set). The brass screws were no issue, the instructions were easy to follow, and the fit piece to piece was acceptable. Some caveats… the cushions were vacuum packed and at first I thought parts were missing, but you must be methodical when unpacking. All came well packaged ( no damage) in 2 boxes and everything was there, plus lots of spare hardware. There are 2 bags of hardware (one bag in each box) and the 12 legs come in various bags, not all together. Just be patient and this is one of the easiest assemblies I have had to do. Once you do the couch, the 2 chairs are easy as they are just shorter versions of it, with the same hardware and instructions. The cushions are indeed very flat when they arrive but inflate after a day or so. An instruction sheet says it takes 5-7 days to inflate but they are much faster than that (IMO.) Each cushion is individually wrapped and must be carefully released from the plastic. These fit our lanai well and are very attractive and comfortable. For less than $1000, we are very pleased with our purchase, fast delivery, easy assembly, and solid product. When I read the complaints about it, I felt that we were either very fortunate or ( more likely) just more used to assembling our stuff than some other reviewers.

The assembly was easy to follow but it still took almost 3 hours to put the full set together. My only concern/negative is the shipping process. Status updates were not very informational and the product was set in ready to ship for almost 2 weeks. We got the product after about 3 1/2 to 4 weeks.
