The suction strength is VERY STRONG. I haven''t torn mine, but I can tell that if I don''t grab by the base of the suction cups that it would definitely tear. So don''t just pull the pillow off of your tub. It''s super strong so you have to be smart about where you''re grabbing. I''ve even slid it off of the tub rather than pulling it off, because that''s how strong the suction is.
